I. International Nature & Environment Conservation and Protected Areas Congress (INECPAC 2025)’ will be organised by Black Sea Nature and Environment Association (KADOÇED), “Institute of Economic Development and Social Research (IKSAD)” and “Architectural Sciences Platform” hosted by Demre (Antalya) Municipality.

This congress aims to bring together qualified scientists from Türkiye and abroad, to present their valuable researches on this subject, to share them with each other and to bring them together on an international common platform.

INECPAC 2025 Congress will be held at Demre Fisheries Institute hosted by Demre Municipality on 29-30-31 October 2025.

In this Congress, it is aimed to create a common language and vision by bringing together all relevant disciplines for Nature and Environmental Protection and Natural and Cultural protected areas, to make scientific and technical discussions, to provide multidimensional information sharing with interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary studies.

This INECPAC 2025 Congress with scientific and up-to-date content will be held online and face-to-face between October29-30-31, 2025.

INECPAC 2025 meets the academic promotion criteria of the relevant Institutions, including being appointed to associate professorship and professorship positions in terms of the Science and Advisory Board as well as the diversity of participating countries.

Papers presented at the Congress, English abstracts, or full texts will be published in the Congress Proceedings Book with ISBN and DOI.

In addition, the participants who wish can apply to the Journals scanned in the Tr Index and International index, as the full text of the papers is published only as "Abstract" in the Congress Book.

However, it will be possible for the Journals to be published if it is appropriate within their publication policies and referee processes.

Therefore, the processes of the Journal are not related to the Congress Organizing Committee.

You must apply to the Congress by sending an abstract. Since our congress has an INTERNATIONAL character, it is obligatory to send an abstract in English. The summary evaluation process takes a maximum of 5 days. The author is informed about the result of the evaluation without delay. Your abstracts should be between 150-300 words. In addition, all authors in the paper must have their name, surname, place of work, the field of study, e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers, and ORCID numbers. You can submit your abstracts in word/doc/docs format until October 01, 2025 at the latest bilgi@iksadkongre.org should be sent to the address.

If you want to have your full texts published in the Congress book, after your abstract is accepted, you can submit your FULL TEXTS until November 15, 2025 at 17:00 to our address bilgi@iksadkongre.org. Studies with a similarity rate above 30% in full texts are not taken into consideration. In your full texts, SUMMARY, INTRODUCTION, MATERIALS AND METHODS, FINDINGS and DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION and RECOMMENDATIONS, REFERENCES should be written under separate headings. Citation Format: APA 6 Style citation format should be used. In addition, all authors in the paper must have their name, surname, place of work, the field of study, city, and country, e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers, and mandatory ORCID numbers.
